How To Modify When You Are In Trouble

The first step is auditing your loan for your legal rights. Between the procedure at the closing, and the substance of the loan terms, you likely have legal grounds to fight back with the lender. Some of these grounds may even allow you to get damages (you can reduce principal) and even rescind the security of the loan (your home will be immune from foreclosure). Once we establish your legal position we then use that ammunition to modify the terms of your mortgage. You deserve monthly payments you can afford.
