Halachic Family Issues
Jewish clients who follow the Talmudic Law have additional issues to deal with during prenuptial agreement, adoption, guardianship, and divorce proceedings.
Our office is aware of such issues and helps our clients deal with them. We add special provisions to such prenuptial agreements. We also help with Halachic issues in divorce actions. We understand the issues enough to be able to work with your Rabanim and spiritaul guidance counselors to help you make proper legal decisions.
This office does not condone using a get as a weapon in a divorce proceeding. We will counsel our clients regarding obtaining and giving a get, and while at times such a procedure may be premature, this sacred document should not be used as a weapon in a civil court. We work closely with local authoritative Rabbanim on these issues.
